We had a fantastic experience with West Texas Tree Services! They helped us with a tree issue along our fence line before our new fence was installed, and the entire process was smooth and professional from start to finish. They came out quickly to assess the situation, provided a fair and transparent quote, and clearly explained what needed to be done. Once we approved everything, they coordinated seamlessly with our fencing company, which made the whole project completely stress-free on our end. What really stood out to us was their professionalism and consideration. They took the time to speak with our neighbors and make sure they were informed and taken care of both as the project started and as it was completed. That level of courtesy says a lot about how they run their business. Mr. Demasters even trimmed a few of my other trees that needed attention while they were here, which we truly appreciated. The crew worked efficiently, safely, and cleaned everything up thoroughly afterward. You could tell they take pride in their work. Because of their help, we were able to complete our fence installation before Christmas, and everything looks great. I would like to give a big shout out to West Texas tree services. I called them with a problem, and they did not hesitate or disappointed with their service. I cannot speak highly enough about West Texas Tree Services. My dad and I both used them for our houses. The process was great from start to finish! Excellent communication, very fair pricing, great work, and they did a great job cleaning up afterwards. They even took some yard cuttings I had by the curb and mulched those too! It's hard to find a company these days that really embodies customer service and customer satisfaction... They did their work when they said they would do it, showed respect for the rest of my property, showed respect for my neighbor’s property, charged what the estimate was, and throughly cleaned up.  What more can be asked?
